Terms and Conditions for Custom Designs

Payment
A 50% deposit is required before the start of the process. The project will not begin until this deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel the project. The final 50% will be done before I install your template - both payments should be through Paypal

Design Process
I offer only 3 design options max. these options can all be slightly altered. If you're undecided and want more options I will be charging 30 dollars for every re-design.

Installation
To install the design I will need you to add me to your blog as an author and then change me to and administrator so I can have access to the template. Installing the template should take me less than 15 minutes. Once installation is completed I will remain an author on your blog for one week should it need any tweaking or modification, once the week has passed I will remove myself from the blog.

Credits
I will be adding credits to In Between Designs at the bottom of your blog. You may not, by any circumstance, remove these credits.

Portfolio
I will be taking a screenshot of the design and placing it in the portfolio section of In Between Designs.

Refusal
I have the right to refuse my services at any time. Before, during or after the design process.

Terms and Conditions for Premade Designs

Premade Templates
Premades only include what it is stated. Customization of the Blog Title and Blog Button are included. Nothing else will be added or removed, whoever you can purchase add-ons which will be available in the Premade Purchase Form.

Payment
A 100% deposit is required before installation or sending the zip file. I will contact you with payment information once order is placed. There are no refunds.

Installation
Installation is included if desired. To install the design I will need you to add me to your blog as an author and then change me to and administrator so I can have access to the template. Installing the template should take me less than 15 minutes, I will be backing up your current template and install the new one, linking social media and adding the button. After installation I will send a zip containing the back up template and new one with all the elements should you need them later on.

Credits
The template will be credited to In Between Designs at the bottom of the blog. You may not, by any circumstance, remove these credits.

Distribution 
You may not, under any circumstance distribute the template given to you. You may use the same template on another blog owned by you, but not to give it to a friend.
